Full Balance must be paid 48 hours prior to check-in

• Please ensure that your balance is paid during your reservation and that any other charges is paid 2 days before check-in to avoid any automatic cancellation and fees.

House Rules

• Check-in: After 4:00 PM

• Checkout: 10:00 PM

• Self check-in with keypad

• No smoking inside property (cigarette butts should be disposed of properly IN PROVIDED AREA and not thrown on the ground. ($250 smoking Fee)

• NO PETS ALLOWED -AUTOMATIC EVICTION AND FORFEIT OFDEPOSIT AND RENTAL CHARGE IF VIOLATED.

• NO HOUSE PARTIES - This rental home is for use by the number of people authorized in your Property Rental Agreement only. Small gatherings (house capacity only) are allowed but must be kept at a respectful noise level and must follow posted Noise Ordinance Rule.

• NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED - Any evidence of fireworks may result in immediate eviction with no refund

Entertain Garage Rules

• No sitting on Bar Tops

• Keep door closed at all times (this will help maintain heat/ac and less bugs)

• Please replace all gaming equipment back on the wall

• No sitting/standing on pool table

Hot Tub Rules

• Please shower before using hot tub

• No drinks or food in hot tub

• Enter at your own risk (no life guard on duty)

• No bath salts, oils, soaps, detergents, no chemicals at all. (additional $50 fee if used)

• Must place hot tub lid back on tub after use

• Soak up excessive water around hot tub after use

• HOT TUB USE - Hot Tub is for use by the number of people authorized on the Hot Tub policy posted only. 

• MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS - Report immediately to Owners, Paul Washington 313-996-9250, or Sarita Washington 313-690-0784.

Additional Rules

• Take garbage out of home and place in trash receptacle in rear of home.

• For the 3rd level bedroom suite: Please be mindful of not letting the water run to cause a sink overflow. Water damages caused by such will incur a fee of $200

Check out Procedures​

• All furniture should be returned to its original location.

• Guest will bag all trash and dispose of it in the backyard designated trash area.

• Remove and dispose of all food items from the refrigerator and pantry/cabinets.

• Place dishes, utensils, etc. in the dishwasher or sink when you depart.

• Please place all dirty towels in the corner of the room or in the laundry area. 

• When exiting lock all doors and windows back properly INCLUDING the GARAGE DOOR.

• In order to lock garage door, simply press the KWIKSET BUTTON.

Early Check-In (If Available)

• Must be made at the time of booking or no later than 24 hours before check-in time. FEE: $50 (due no later than the morning of check-in by 9 am)

Late Check-Out (If Available)

• Must be made by no later than the morning of check out by 8am. Late check-out will be at the owners' decision depending on availability that day. There will be a $50 fee which is due no later than the time of request.

Health & Safety

• Airbnb's COVID-19 safety practices apply

• Security camera/recording device — “Ring doorbell for security purposes.”

• Exterior cameras for security purposes

• Carbon monoxide alarm

• Smoke alarm

• Fire extinguisher

• Thoroughly sanitized the entire home between guest

• All linens will be sanitized in a high-temperature wash

• Extra cleaning products for personal use

• Hand sanitizer available in public areas

• First Aid Kit
